Seller and contact information

The seller’s full legal name, trade name, geographic address, email, telephone (where provided), KVK number and VAT identification number must appear in the business details on this website. If any required detail is missing, contact us before ordering. These terms should be reviewed and approved by the store operator or a qualified Dutch legal adviser before publication.

Products, availability and prices

We describe products using information available to us and display applicable options, price and availability on the product page. Product packaging and manufacturer instructions remain important. Prices and taxes depend on the selected store country. Before submitting an order, review the complete payable total, shipping method and charge, taxes and any discount. The current checkout is being improved to show a full shipping and final-total summary; if your order screen does not show these details, pause and contact us before paying. A product in your cart is not reserved until the order process confirms it.

Placing an order

Review your contact, delivery, billing, item, discount and total information before submitting the payment order. The payment button states that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. We send an order acknowledgement; payment and acceptance status are confirmed after the payment provider reports the transaction result. If a clear pricing, stock or technical error affects an order, we will contact you and explain the available next step rather than silently changing the amount.

Payment and delivery

Payment methods available for the selected country are shown during checkout. Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. Delivery methods, charges and estimated windows are displayed before ordering. We are responsible for the order until it is delivered to you, subject to applicable law. If delivery is delayed or an item is unavailable, contact support or use the tracking page.

Withdrawal, returns and statutory rights

Consumer withdrawal rights, exceptions, return information and refund handling are described on our Returns & refunds page and do not limit mandatory legal rights. Consumer conformity rights apply to products that do not meet the agreement. Any additional commercial guarantee will be described separately and does not replace statutory rights.

Complaints, errors and liability

Please tell us promptly about a problem so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where the law does not allow that. If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Applicable law and updates

These terms are intended for a Netherlands-based consumer shop and are subject to applicable Dutch and EU rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. We may update these terms for future orders; the version applying to an order is the version presented when that order was placed.
